As a professional massage therapist it is my aspiration to help you achieve a higher quality of life. I am very passionate about my work and take great pride in what I do. When you enter my office you will be greeted with a warm smile and a listening ear. I will normally ask you how your body is feeling and the session will be focused around your main concerns. My touch is comforting, my hands are warm and I have a gift of finding the most perfect pressure for almost any body.
Trained and graduated in 2006 at the Massage Therapy Institute in my hometown of Davis, CA. By 2007, my main focus was to practice massage. I quit my job at a local insurance agency after 7 long years and began my practice. I believe I have always had the gift of a comforting touch, but with 500 hours of training, continuing ed. and 10 years of regular practice, my comforting touch has grown into an amazing healing tool.
As a regular part of your Wellness plan, I believe that I can help you attain a happier, healthier life by eliminating tension and pain that ail many of us. When you book an appointmentwith me, you are not only getting a tranquil, relaxing experience, but you will also be rewarded with the many other benefits that massage has to offer. I have successfully worked with many types of injuries and postural imbalances. I have experience with body types from big to small, infancy to elderly, lots of muscle mass or very little. We will work together to make a noticeable difference in your body.Click here to schedule.
In my personal life, I have been a Davis resident for 26 years. I have raised 2 sons here, one of which still attends grade school the other is grown up and moved on to new adventures. I recently married so now I have gained a step daughter to help raise. I enjoy running, bicycling and pilates. I practice mindfulness in everyday life and study Buddhist teachings at the Shambhala Meditation Center in Davis. I love this little town and plan to grow my practice here for many, many years to come!
